Brief: Waitrose asked Field Day to come up with a promotion that would inspire customers, and help drive real loyalty.
Outcome: We came up with Pick Your Own Offers; a new proposition for myWaitrose members that allows the customer to choose 10 items on which they will receive 20% off; in store or online. Working with services and our Creative Directors I worked on several of the banners that were seen on various news websites and email promotion to help launch the promotion. The promotion generated over 1.5m customers signed up in the first three months.
