Brief: Redesign of Canon Services and Ecom CRM templates.
Outcome: Two of the biggest issues the old Canon templates had were that they didn't respond when moving from web to mobile and that too much information was crammed into them. So each pod was designed to be responsive and they all have a specific purpose, which is explained within the template style guides. Everything from colour choice, photo selection, copy length and product placement has been carefully curated to make the emails easier to navigate, digest, design, and load.
